4.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your yes2win account at any time by contacting customer support. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. yes2win reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of RM 20 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified via their registered email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Players may reactivate an account at any time by logging in.
5.1 Deposits. yes2win accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is RM 10. Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time. yes2win does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
